Privacy notice

This notice explains the information handled when you scan a website or ask to receive a saved report.

Who operates this service

Bluearctic LLC, Florida, USA. info@canaiusemysite.com

Information we process

  • The public website URL you submit and the technical findings returned from public pages and protocol files.
  • A shortened cryptographic hash derived from the requesting IP address for temporary abuse prevention; the raw address is not stored in the scan record.
  • Your email address only when you submit the unlock form, plus whether you separately requested marketing messages.
  • Operational events such as a scan ID and success or failure state when privacy-safe logging is enabled. These logs exclude report tokens, email addresses, submitted URLs, findings, and IP addresses.

Why we use it

We use scan data to provide the requested diagnostic report, prevent abuse, deliver and manage saved reports, troubleshoot failures, and—only when separately requested—send marketing communications. The appropriate legal basis depends on where the operator and visitor are located; obtain local legal review before launch.

Retention and deletion

Saved scans and associated email captures are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Rate-limit counters are temporary. A recipient can use the private management link in the report email to permanently delete the saved scan and associated lead sooner.

Sharing and service providers

The service may contact the submitted public website and infrastructure needed to run WordPress. Optional settings may use Google Chrome UX Report data, WordPress.com mShots, outgoing email infrastructure, or a configured CRM webhook. The production operator must list its actual hosting, email, analytics, CRM, and other processors here before publication.

Indexing and link security

Saved report URLs are marked noindex by default. A report’s share link can be opened by anyone who receives it. Its separate management link can change indexing or permanently delete the report, so keep that management link private.

Your choices

You can decline optional marketing, request access or correction where applicable, use the management link to delete a report, or contact the operator about privacy rights. Rights and response requirements vary by jurisdiction.
